It's my pleasure to welcome you to the Bright Vision world of Legal Education. The Twenty-first century is the era for the observance of human rights, guaranteeing rule of law and establishing a justiciable society. Especially in the context of Nepal – the context in which the country entered into Federalism – it has been essential for the country to produce legally trained professionals and ethical Human Resources required for the benefit of the nation.
I have a well-founded belief that this need of the nation shall be met to a larger extent by the competent human resources produced by this College. The basis of this belief is the quality of education itself that this College ensures.
