Bright Vision Law College (BVLC), established in 2010 AD with the affiliation of Purbanchal University, is the only law college outside the Capital of Nepal (Kathmandu) that imparts quality law education through its B.A.LL.B. (5 years) and LL.M. (2 years) programs.

The mission of Bright Vision College is to provide quality legal education in order to produce competent legal professionals required for the nation in an ever-changing context. The College has been successful in retaining its academic quality by carefully balancing all managerial, administrative, and academic activities.
Why Legal Education?
A maxim in Latin – "Ignorantia juris non excusat" meaning "Everyone should know the Law" – overtly unveils why legal knowledge is so essential.
Law does not only mean Criminal Law – crime, criminal, police, lawyers, judges, etc. – and is not just for lawyers. It is relevant to everyone, everywhere, and almost every situation.
Knowing about the law means you can be careful about not breaking it; more than that, you know what laws cause problems in society and should be changed. Law provides the framework within which society operates, regulating almost all aspects of our lives. It is the responsibility of the law graduates to change the society leading it to the higher plane of achievements.
